open letter to my employer
Dear Employer,
It’s probably not a good idea to tell me that despite averaging 65 hours a week last year and eating vacation days so that you could stick to timelines and somehow getting a 60 hour project done that you dropped into my already overflowing lap with a month till the deadline I won’t be getting a raise nor a bonus right before you expect me to work nearly 24 hours a day for two weeks.
